Through the grounding practice of Yin Yoga and the immersive resonance of a crystal bowl sound bath, we’ll root ourselves in gratitude for all that has brought us here and rise with hopeful hearts into an exciting new year. 

Whether you’re a longtime member of our community or stepping into iHeartYoga for the very first time, this evening offers a sacred pause — a chance to breathe, reflect, and help infuse the new year with light, love, and possibility. 

Ceremony will include

Grounding Yin postures to release tension and create space.

Pranayama (breathwork) practices to steady the mind & open the heart.

A guided intention-setting meditation to honor where we’ve been and welcome what’s to come.

An immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, blessing our new studio with harmony and light.
