Coronavirus Update - Temporary iHeartYoga Studio Closure

Beloved iHeartYoga Community

In the best interest of our community, we have made the challenging decision to temporarily close the iHeartYoga Studio doors as of Tuesday, March 17th. Local government has strongly encouraged the closure of all non-essential businesses due to COVID-19. It is our responsibility as leaders in the community to lessen the impact of this tragic situation. This is a heartbreaking choice that will personally and professionally impact our students, teachers, and our amazing Studio. However, our actions in the short term will hopefully allow us to move through this situation more quickly and protect each other with a far less grave impact.

Your health, wellness, mental and emotional wellbeing are of the utmost importance to the iHeartYoga team. We are working diligently to create solutions and opportunities to continue to support you through live-streaming, virtual classes (coming soon!). As of now, the twice-daily YOGA IN THE PARK classes will still be offered at 10 am every day and 5:30 pm M-TH in Lantern Bay Park. This is subject to change as we gather more information. We strongly encourage that you NOT attend any classes if you have any kind of symptoms of illness. Please respect a safe, social distance from each other...we have a great big park to support everyone safely.  Smiles and laughter are still permitted and encouraged by all!  This donation-park class is how we started over 10 years ago and is a great reminder of where we came from and an opportunity for you to keep up your yoga practice and support Dana Point's longest running yoga studio.  We too are concerned about iHeartYoga making it through these difficult times.  $8 suggested donation and all are welcome, no reservations necessary and pray for sunshine!

We will be evaluating the situation as it unfolds, so stay tuned for further details. Please love on yourselves and your families. Stay safe, well-rested and healthy. We are doing our part to raise each other up and support the community through this trying time. Our doors WILL reopen and we will be even stronger, more grateful to embrace each other, laugh, sweat and flow when this is all over soon.

SO MUCH LOVE AND GRATITUDE,

Your loving iHeartYoga team
