RH Dana Explores the Benefits of Yoga with iHeartYoga

Yoga has so many positive benefits that relate to a holistic, wellness driven lifestyle. Focus, flexibility, and strength to name a few. Do you remember your first yoga class and how hard it was to hold Warrior 2 for more than 10 seconds? Those students with a focused and consistent practice can hold poses all day!

iHeartYoga was honored to share these yoga benefits with a complimentary class to the elementary students of RH Dana Language and Science Academy. We guided the kids through safe but challenging poses as a fun way to introduce fitness, yoga, and wellness to our future leaders!
