Brittan Zamora

Brittan sought out yoga as a refuge from stress. Something shifted inside of her after the first class, and the practice she once believed to be boring, slowly transformed her and turned into something she couldn’t live without. When not on her mat she loves spending time with her husband, their pup, hosting game nights, and being outside. After experiencing the mental and physical benefits of yoga, she desires to share yoga with anyone and everyone. With her mental health background, she loves to incorporate the many mental health benefits yoga offers. In her classes you will feel empowered, encouraged, and energized.
