Katie’s classes are inviting, compassionate and creative. She believes that yoga should be approachable for every body and mind no matter where they are at. Her dancing background helps her create sequences that flow from shape to shape fluidly. She leads a strong, intuitive class that will make you feel good in your body. Her focus is to build classes that are functional and fun while allowing you to tap into your body. She is a nursing student and uses her knowledge in anatomy to help her students recognize the magic that occurs within in them. She did her initial 200 hour training through Corepower yoga in 2012, and has since advanced her yoga education through several other trainings. She uses massage and touch to help relax students into shapes and encourage relaxation.
