Juli is a 200 hour E-RYT, and has been working in health & fitness for over 20 years. As a former competitive marathon runner, Juli found her own yoga practice to be the perfect match of strength and flexibility, healing injuries, and reducing stress. That’s when she decided to become certified with Yoga Alliance. Juli keeps her classes fun and uplifting while instilling the many tools in yoga that we can take off our mat. She encourages her students to go their edge physically and mentally always looking for challenges, always growing. Juli is a local…she lives just up the street with her husband, three teenagers, and two dogs.
