Any class with the word “Warm” in front of it will be heated between 85-90 degrees. So not considered hot, but definitely warm enough to get your heart rate up, and body sweating!
All other classes will be 70-75 degrees. So think comfortable temprature.

For beginners, the best place to start would be our Gentle Flow class.
Our guided mediation classes offer a safe and sacred space for the spiritual seeker to connect with the divine within. The instructor uses mindfulness and other awareness and relaxation techniques to guide the mind of the group into a single-pointed center within. Gradually, participants find themselves entering an inner space of deep stillness and peace as the mind is guided into the brain frequency associated with meditation and higher sensory perception. It is our hope that what you learn in session, you will also apply at home for your ongoing spiritual ascension.
Enjoy an hour of total relaxation. This class combines restorative yoga with guided meditation and sound healing. It will gently move you through a handful of supported, restorative postures to prepare your mind and body for a meditative journey as good vibrations are shared with you from didgeridoos, crystal singing bowls, and a variety of other healing instruments. Reiki has its roots in Japan. “Rei” is the Japanese character for Spiritual, Sacred, or Universal. “Ki” is the Japanese character for energy. It translates literally as “Universal Energy.”
Restorative yoga is a delicious way to release and relax muscles. Poses are held for longer durations with an emphasis on support and comfort. Relaxing breath techniques are added for total relaxation. Classes use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop students in passive poses. This class blends supportive restorative postures, gentle yoga, and breath work.
Suitable for all levels, similar to a restorative class, Yin yoga nourishes deep connective tissues by holding a series of passive seated postures for 3-10 minutes. This class is better then a massage! Yin's target areas include hips, pelvis, low back and shoulders. Guided meditation and pranayama breath work accompany this wonderful and relaxing practice.
This class incorporates gentle transition between poses to help ease the body and mind. Even though movements are relaxing and therapeutic for muscles and body systems, this class will still build heat and get the body moving in all directions.
Hathalini is a 75 min class that combines hatha yoga asanas with kundalini mantra, meditation and movement. This spiritual practice uses the power of breathwork, movement, sound and meditation to gently guide the student into some deeper aspects of self, heightening perception of energy within and outside of his/her body, and awaken the connection with the universal energies. A perfect all levels practice that builds physical vitality with an increase in consciousness.
This class combines Gentle, Yin and Restorative styles of yoga with a long savasana, complete with sound healing and guided meditation. You will leave this class feeling open in your body and calm and relaxed in your mind. Can be either a great compliment to the more physically challenging styles of yoga or a peaceful, easy way to return to or remain in your yoga practice if dealing with physical limitations that come with aging, injury, or other physical challenges
Vinyasa Flow class incorporates multiple yoga poses that smoothly transition from one to the next with the use of steady, fluid breathing. This class is fun and creative, and appropriate for students looking for a deep stretch, relaxation, and a moderate workout.
This will be your classic vinyasa class with the added addition of some warmth! Classes will be heated to 85-90 degrees! And the fun and creative transitions are created to keep you moving and sweating!
Yoga Barre is an hour long class that will tighten and tone your whole body. Targeted and repetitive movements are the base of the class to strengthen muscles you didn't know existed!! Exercise balls, resistance bands and the barre itself are used as tools in class. Bring your yoga mat with you!
This class is butt kicker! Yoga sculpt infuses components of Yoga, Barre, Pilates and weight training. Build strength and definition in this high-energy experience that's fun and challenging.
