Veronica Montague received her 200h RYT through iHeartYoga in May 2018.
She enjoys teaching a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yoga Sculpt. She strives to help beginner yogis feel comfortable in their practice by explaining and demonstrating essential poses, providing hands-on adjustments, and ensuring a safe practice for everyone. Her classes are created for all levels, with variations and modifications in poses for beginner to advanced yogis. Students leave Veronica's classes feeling challenged but recharged through her welcoming personality, creative sequences, and upbeat playlists that match the intention and theme of the day.
