Sarah Bunic is a former gymnast turned yogi. After graduating college and working full time, she was looking for a way to release tension. She quickly fell in love with all aspects of yoga. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, she knows that the best way to learn something is through teaching. Helping and empowering others is her life focus. Yoga not only builds strength and flexibility for the body, but also empowers and calms the mind. It is the perfect balance workout, especially after a long day at the office. Sarah hopes to encourage students to see their full potential. She is engaging, creative and genuine. Try her “feel good” class!
