I completed my 200RYT through iHeartYoga in 2017. I became a yoga addict in 2015 when I noticed a massive change in my body & attitude. I have worked in the night club and bar scene for over a decade, countless hours in that environment not only takes a toll on your body but also on your mind. iHeartYoga became my safe place, my me time, the hour a day (sometimes two) that was for me. When I'm not on my mat you can find me petting your dog. I love to go on adventures, hiking, snowboarding, surfing, golfing, mountain biking, eating. Did I mention I am a crazy Dog mom?
