Jacinthe Mitchell has been practicing yoga for seven years and has completed the challenging Fourth Series in Ashtanga and is now learning the Fifth Series. Without any background in dance or gymnastics, Jacinthe tried her first Yoga class (Ashtanga Prep at Yoga Works) and was hooked and became a dedicated Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow practitioner ever since. She credits her accelerated training to her principal teacher Itay Dollinger in combination with her trainings with Yoga Works, Tim Miller and True Flow Yoga. She has a great love for her students and is always working hard to keep her students challenged while having fun in her Vinyasa Flow classes.
