Ginger Espanola has a love for yoga that was not love-at-first-sight. She was always a thrill-seeker as far as being active, even trying skydiving. Her life changed when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and was told that she would be on medication her entire life. When she came to realize it was a stress-triggered illness, she turned to yoga and have never been on medication ever since. Ginger is eager to share her experience and believes in building good foundational postures to achieve the many benefits of yoga. Her class focuses on alignment and safety combined with an energizing flow. Her high-spirited teaching style will certainly help relieve stress, create inner focus and mental clarity.
