Ashley Hodgson is an RYT 200 and an active yoga practitioner. Ashley received her B.A. in Psychology, and will finish her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy in January 2017. Ashley's style is to combine mindfulness with physical practice, and to incorporate her education in psychology in a way that is accessible and relevant. She plans to combine her passion for therapy with her passion for yoga, and to help her students find their passion as well. In Ashley's class, you will have the opportunity to explore your breath, the deeper connection to yourself and others, and to move slowly and intentionally through each pose. Expect to challenge yourself and look within, while having fun and the freedom to be yourself!
